M&A and Financing for US$ 80 million. Thanks to this transaction we obtained the Deal Maker of the Year Award 2014 granted by Finance Monthly.

BA Advisors is pioneer and the only investment bank to date to achieve an investment grade rating for an issuance of negotiable obligations in the local mining industry.

We acted as arbitration experts in the biggest commercial dispute in the Argentine mining industry, having been selected by both litigants, Yamana Gold and Grupo Auriemma.

Our team also has specialized knowledge in the industry, which has led us to be the only investment bank of Argentina in conducting a complete research on the gold market.
